A few days ago I informed about "duel at AnTuTu". The chairman of Xiaomi, Lin Bin, decided to challenge the CEO of Redmi: Lu Weibing. The rules of competition are simple, to achieve the first place in the AnTuTu ranking, an application that checks the computing power of a smartphone.
In recent months Mi 9 took first place, Lu Weibing claims that he will be able to break this achievement, and the upcoming Redmi flagship will help. The latest rumors have it that the flagship smartphone will be marked with a symbol Redmi K20 Pro. If the Redmi smartphone will really outperform Me 9 then Xiaomi has to "answer something". It would be strange if the Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi was in front of the main Xiaomi devices.
The XDA developers have discovered in the MIUI source code a new Xiaomi flagship with the code name Hercules. The smartphone should also be equipped with a Snapdragon 855 processor, but it should be "turned up" to offer more power.
In my opinion, Redmi will offer a slightly overclocked processor to chase away Mi 9, and Xiaomi will respond in the near future with even more refined Snapdragon 855. Thanks to this, the possibilities of Redmi flagship promotion in the first weeks of sale will be perfect: "faster than Mi 9".
